PrayerSong operates this website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PrayerSong. These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access the Services.
Section 1 — Access and Account
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. To use the Services you may be asked to provide information such as your email address and billing and payment information. You represent that all information you provide is correct, current and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.
Section 2 — Our Products
While we aim to create something deeply moving and meaningful, the final result may differ from what you initially imagined and from any depiction on the website. Each song is a creative work produced from the information you provide. We reserve the right to modify, limit or discontinue any product or the Services at any time.
Section 3 — Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, or limit quantities, at our discretion. Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible. Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Section 4 — Prices and Billing
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes or any applicable fees unless stated. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing information and authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method for all amounts due.
Section 5 — Delivery
Delivery is complete when a link to your finished song is made available to the email address associated with your order, whether or not you access it. Standard delivery is targeted at 7 days; optional priority delivery is targeted at 24 hours. Access links may be time-limited, changed, or disabled without notice.
Section 6 — Intellectual Property
All content made available through the Services, other than your own submissions, is owned by or licensed to PrayerSong and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the story details you submit, and you grant PrayerSong a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt and display your submissions and the resulting song for operating, promoting and improving the Services, including marketing.
Section 7 — Optional Tools
We may provide access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. You acknowledge that such tools are provided “as is” without any warranties, and we are not liable for any issues arising from your use of them.
Section 8 — Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or materials that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content, and you access them at your own risk.
Section 9 — Privacy Policy
Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Services is described in our Privacy Policy. Service providers we work with may be located in other countries.
Section 10 — Feedback
If you provide us with feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use them for any purpose. We are under no obligation to keep feedback confidential, to compensate you, or to respond.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrayerSong will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim, and re-delivery or a refund of that amount is your sole and exclusive remedy.
Section 16 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrayerSong and its affiliates from any claims or demands, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. We may assume the exclusive defense of any such claim.
Section 17 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Section 18 — Waiver; Entire Agreement
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements.
Section 19 — Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
Section 20 — Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PrayerSong is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you and PrayerSong waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Section 23 — Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are generally final once work has begun or delivery has occurred. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee as described on our site; any refund outside that guarantee is at our discretion and may exclude fees or production costs already incurred.
